Our Services
Silt Fence Installation
Effective barriers to control sediment runoff. We install Type C sensitive silt fence with either wooden or metal stakes, and Type A non-sensitive fencing as well. Let our expertise guide you in the correct type of silt fence needed to comply with EPD’s regulations and to keep your job sites clean.
Site Grassing and Stabilization
We install permanent or temporary grassing to prevent erosion and support compliance. Grass seed is chosen based on the season and specific job site conditions, and either mulch hay is blown on top of grass seed or rolls of matted straw are installed to ensure proper vegetation growth.
Stormwater Monitoring and Inspections
Keep your site in compliance with EPD regulations with our stormwater monitoring services. We inspect job sites to make sure all BMP’s continue to function properly, and to make sure the waterways around your job site meet EPD standards. We follow NPDES stormwater monitoring guidelines and keep EPD documentation up to date.

We specialize in dependable stormwater BMP installation, NPDES stormwater monitoring and inspections , and keeping construction sites complaint and environmentally responsible.
Owner and operator, William Dale, has over 15 years of experience in the field working with reputable contractors, and started operating Clean Stream Soil Erosion Management LLC in 2023.
